problems with Mac & Divx

I hope somebody con help me. I just got a Mac IBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), it seems that the new Mac OS or Quicktime does not supports Divix videos, does any one knows if there is any way I can watch the old movies I have on the Mac?<o></o>

If you're right that your Mac and/or Quicktime don't support DivX, convert your files from DivX to 3IVX.

I could be wrong but I think if you do a little research, you'll find that there's a way to get your Mac to run DivX videos.

Did you try installing a Divx codec?
