Hi everybody, I'm Doctor Nick!
Hopefully my thread isn't something that has been covered to death. If it has, I apologize, but I didn't see it mentioned when I searched.
And on with the question--
I finally got ahold of a DVD I've been dying to see, so I get all excited and try to watch it...only to find out it contains no subtitles of any kind (the audio is Russian). I searched around and finally find english subs, only problem is the subs were created from a 2 CD XViD source.
So, the question is: can I combine the two SRT files into 1 file which will properly play on a DVD?
This is a new problem for me, but the most obvious issue seems to be that the timecode associated with the SRT files is going to be all screwed up since it starts over at the beginning of CD 2...
I suppose I could just cut the movie in half, and use the two separate files,
but I'm not sure how to tell exactly where the original was cut.
Any idears?
