Can anyone tell me where to download movies? And how do I convert .avi and .dvi into VCD?

mIRC or most other file-sharing programs will fulfill your download desires. To convert to VCDs, TMPGEnc does the job. Nero 5.5 does it automatically, though you won't have the powerful options found in TMPGEnc.
