AVI2DVD Guide Needed

Is there anywhere in the forum a guide on first time use of this technology.I was just starting to use it and I can't even pick an audio stream because there isn't one to pick.I know it's me not the technology.I got as far as loading the AVI at least I think I did maybe I didn't even do that.The title did appear on the screen.Any guide anywhere on the forum AVI2DVD.I should have followed LT. Columbo's advice and tried TMPGenc!!!

Thanks benbryant that is exactly what I needed.I have to correct myself it is AVI2DVD 0.4.2
