    Audio extracting problem

    Hello,
I've got a 6GB video file that I captured with my TV card. It is in Divx format. I watch it with Media Player, everything seems fine. When I try to compress it with 2-pass DivX codec, virtualdub can only find the first 39minutes of my audio. The full length of audio is 7hours, but virtualdub can't play it after 39minutes. Media Player plays it very well. What can I do? I thought of extracting the full audio stream from my video file, then add it again, and compress it. Is there any other program to extract the full audio stream from my video?

GoldWave or CoolEdit (or similar audio editors) should be able to handle that for you...
