hi, i have a panasonic dvd s29 and samsung dvd p421 set to region 1 and would like and would like set them to region 0. I would appreciate any help.

Panasonic's are not handset hackable I beleive that however there are websites that will hire a chipped remote that will permanetly set your region code to 0.
Another option if to send the player off to have a chip put in to change the region but I beleive this is costly and it also will void any warranty you may have.

The videohelp.com website is a good start, but not all DVD players are listed. You could google it, a lot of websites offer the service for a fee. I came across this guide once. I cannot vouch for its athenticity. My DVD player is listed in it, and the same code was found on videohelp. I never actually used it since I have yet to play a disc from another region. Let me know if it works.
