Human DVD Play Problem

I recorded a show through TIVO on my Humax DRT 800. I have been unable to play it on a home Sony DVD player and on two laptops. On one of the laptops I have Media Player 10 and new decoding software, so I think this is somehow a compatibility problem from the Human machine to others, but I have no idea how to go about resolving the problem. I recorded the show on the DVD-RW and I understand these disks don't have the same color or reflectivity as use once disks. Could that be the problem?

Have you played other DVDs on that laptop? If not, you may need some DVD codecs.

Humax

Should have read Humax. Yes, no problems in playing other DVDs. And this particular DVD will not play on a new laptop or on a Sony DVD player.
