    Mini DV

Hi- I just got my camcorder last Nov. I do okay in lighted areas but, when I tried to take video at a wedding reception there wasn't enough light so, I got
alot of audio with darkness. Can I adjust the iso to get the action I want or
is the iso only for the actual camera part of my camera.

I have a Samsung Mini DV camcorder/ still camera combination
I use Ulead video and Pinnacle video programs. Thanks, pluto'd

i donno how good are samsung camera's are , specially in low light situations.... u need a very good and expensive 3ccd dv cams for low lighting places, however both pinnacle studio and video studio have filters to brighten the video, but it depends how bad, dark was ur video in the first place.

pinnacle studio also can do it auto by choosing auto color function/filter. u do manually in videostudio.
Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!

I have the same problem with my Panasonic camcorder, but I have manual controls for the shutter and aperture. I also bought Sony Vegas Movie Studio 6.0 +DVD which also has options for increasing brightness and contrast for movies.
