Format for Tivo

Tivo has a new feature called TivoToGothat allows you to easily download Tivo recorded programs to you PC but it also can be used in reverse, PC to Tivo. I have gotten this to work only a couple of times using Videora;

I usually have a problem with the video being interlaced wrong when viewing on my Tivo, but it plays fine on my PC. What I am asking for, can someone create a profile for Nero or VirtualDub that I can use to convert .avi files to the recomended Tivo format? Here is a link on how to prepare the MPEG-2 files:
