The Same Nero Burning problem!

I have the same problem as copy-cat (and others looking back)
Everything goes fine until the burn when it freezes after 10 or so minutes.

Has anyone got the answer from the Nero help log that was requested? or are we all to swap the software from nero to something else (is this realy the answer?)
My failed burns are thru nero vision express3. Has anyone got the answer yet?

Try using dvd decyrpter to burn...
