dazzle 80

need help when i capture from a vcr the sound and video seem to be recording but when i play it back video goes on till the end but audio seems to dissapear 1 hour into capture is there a way to solve this i have replaced the dazzle 80 with a new one with much the same result any suggestions anyone cheers!!

Hi algomac,

Make sure when you start the Video Capture Wizard with Pinnacle DVC 8, you have to choose Pinnacle DVC 80 Audio for audio device and ADC for audio input souce. Otherwise the program won't capture the audio

cheers m8 thanks for reply but did the things you said that part was ok it was a memory prob only had 256 and it recomended 512 so it gave up on the sound after 20 mins because of memory it capture the video right to the end it was the audio that gave up seems ok now that i upgraded the mem to 512
