AC3 output problems w/FlaskMPEG

Ok I need a little help here. The movie i'm backingup has AC3 sound but when I run it through FlaskMPEG and select Direct decode and check the same as input, when I run the conversion the input shows 5.1 channel dolby in but stereo 2 channel out? Any help geting the AC3 output would be greatly apreaciated.

I'd suggest using something else (newer) than Flask. Try AutoGK, FairUse Wizard, Avi.NET or StaxRip.
