help needed

Hi I'm new to all this pc stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have downloaded a TV series and need to transfer it to DVD format. I have downloaded Cucusoft, I converted 1 episode, when I finished I tried using the ifoedit but I got stuck, Is there some way in simple 'english' that someone can help me step by step in converting this AVI to DVD plsssssssssssssssssss
