Please help newbie

HI Guys,
I downloaded a movie in Xvid format, that is coming with the subtitles in separated files with extension .ssa and .srt
I want to burn the movie onto a dvd with the subtitles using Nero 7.0 Premium.

U want to convert it into a DVD video or do u want to burn it as an avi into a DVD?
