how to use nero 7 to burn a dvd

I know this may sound funny but I am confused.

I have got my files as .vob and I want to create a dvd

Do I use the nero recode or nero vision mode.

Is there any user guides?

I can find them for previous version but not 7

i would use either dvd shrink or nero recode i assume the files are on your hard drive just open up prefered program and navigate to the files on your hard drive if you are trying to put avi or mpeg files onto a dvd use nero vision
