Fujifilm (RITEKF1) made in Taiwan 10 DVDs burnt so far, all of them perfect
Used to use unbranded (silver face) and for every 50 or so, 35 were coasters
about 28 burns into those f-1's too, flawless playback on all thus far too.

I haven't seen any Sony hier in Germany so far, however i have seen Verbatim. I have Verbatim doube layer DVD+R and in the corner it says "advanced AZO & RW DVD+R DL" i have no idea what that means! lol
Just curious why one should look for made in Japan? these are made in Singapore, is there really any difference?

oh yeah, forgot to mention the other that was bought because it was cheaper! (my better half bought it!)
TIP DVD-RW single sided up to 2x speed made in Düsseldorf - any comment on these? or should i force my better half to spend the few extra euros?
