Noob ? on burning with Imgburn

When I try to burn with Imgburn I try to go to the place where the movie was stored on my hard drive but when I go to the destination and double click on it, it won't open it. Imgburn is asking for the destination and I can't place it in the box. Hope I wasn't too confusing.

You don't place it in the box, you browse to it through the box.
