encoding error

i am new to the dvd burning world... i have been doing alot of reading and things dont always work the way they say in the instructions
i use dvdfab to decrypt the dvd to my hard drive
but then when i go to recode it using nero recode i always get error and i cannot recode it... i have tried many different dvd's and the results are the same i have a sony dvd dual layer burner..
any help would be appreciated

We may need a bit more to get you started off right. What is the exact error you are getting? Can you post a log file of the failed process? See here for how to post a log file.

i got it to work ... i figured out what i was doing wrong
i can't beleive how sometimes the smallest over looked things can be such a BIG thing in the long run
