Nero Vision Express 3 Error

Hi All
Im having a Problem with Nero Vision Express 3

It starts to do all the preperation parts of the burn then a error message pops up>

In the log it states

17:38:24] DVDEngine ERROR
[17:38:24] DVDEngine cause: 128 (nmc_processing_exception)
[17:38:24] DVDEngine source: CNeroConverter::GetNextSample
[17:38:24] DVDEngine description: cannot get next media sample
[17:38:24] DVDEngine

What does this mean and how do i fix it?

Here is the Log File. This is Nero Vision 4, but the same error.
