Hi all! 
After reading the information regarding PAL to NTSC converstion threads, and performing the conversion per the thread instructions, my movie converted over to NTSC just fine, menu and all.
However, some of the menu's hot points are in the wrong position on the screen when viewing the DVD on a stand alone DVD player. On a PC, the menu hot spots are in their correct positions. I am familiar with editing certian areas of the ifo and bup files, but I am not certian of which entries or which file needs correcting to place the menu hot spots into their correct positions when viewing the DVD on a stand alone player. I have all of the appropriate editing tools needed to work with the ifo and bup files, I am just not sure which entries and which file that need editing to put the hot spots in their proper position. The hot spots still navigate correctly, just sitting in the wrong place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
