from s/pdif to av receiver

Hello all,

I have connected an optical cable from my pc to my av receiver via an s/pdif connector, however the sound is extremely low, almost inaudible. Is there any thing additional that I need to get the normal sound?

It's solved! Just a bad receiver's setup!
