Where do I request subtitles???

I want to request for Curious George!!
I can't find it anywhere... looked out in a lot of subtitles page!!

Search for your movie or TV show then click on the name. Scroll down until you see the "Ladda ner" link. Then click to download the subs, which will be in Swedish

You can download subtitles for movies?
Are there in English?

The only thing I hate is when they release DVDs with no CC or Subtitles (which I think is illegal :O) because I never watch a DVD without them. (Due to the fact my hearing isn't too good)
