Language problem

I downloaded nerovision 3 and the context were all in chinese. how do i change the language in english?
i've tried reinstalling the software but it doesn't help. and on the menu template there wasn't a language option like -chinese or -english for me to pick from when i downloaded it.

has anyone faced this problem?
