how do i change an avi file to an iso?

If you want to make DVD, you have to encode AVI files to MPEG-2 DVD compatible first, author DVD the files, and then use ImgBurn. TMPGEnc Plus and TMPGEnc DVD Author can do these jobs beautifully or Avi2Dvd can create ISO for the DVD directly

or you can buy an avi player(i did) and watch it without having to convert it and loose quality in the process.
