    Where is express?

I have a cpu that shot sparks and crashed while burning yesterday. I bought a new pc today to use while the other is being fixed, and I'm trying to replace all my DVD rip/burn software.

The problem is, now I can't find express anywhere. Can anyone clue me in? Evidently this is what happens when you get off in your own little comfy world and don't keep up with the forums. This is also what happens when you get lazy and don't make backups of your crap often enough.

Apologies if this was in a thread my searches have missed.

I am going to try the ripit43 everyone's loving. I just kinda wanted what I'm used to.

Okay, I see that express is now part of gold. But, you have to pay $50 for gold. Is it not available free anymore? Does anyone know where I can get an old copy? Thanks for your help. I hate when my good free stuff turns retail

I downloaded both the programs on this page. The 3.0.0 looks different, but seems to be handling the Monster House DVD ok.

I load the resulting file into Shrink, and that seems to work ok, too. Then, when I put the ISO file into DVD Decryptor to burn the backup, I get an I/O error. I've read that the I/O errors mean the drive doesn't like the disc, so I tried the better quality discs that I had been using on my other PC. I got an error with those, too. My new drive is on a notebook. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

        Thanks for your help, Cynthia.
