MP4 (MPEG4) to Vob, Avi, Mpg

I downloaded a file which is an MP4 (Mpeg4) not familiar with these, have tried to burn it in Nero, just to see if it would, and rejected it, however, I have tried various programms like IMTOO etc and with no joy, it doesn't wanna convert this file to a file that will burn. Can anyone suggest anything ? I don't understand, as it says that it says it can convert those files, but doesn't. Any help apprecaited, and thank you for reading.

Try MP4UI to convert to AVI, and then put that through Nero.
