If your pc has a dvd burner, it most likely came with dvd burning software. Simply use it to import the files from the dvd to a file folder on the pc.

    Or try
    Place dvd in drive.
    Go to Start> My Computer
Right click the drive icon that holds the dvd
    Click Explore
The dvd's file holding the VIDEO_TS folder shows up.
Highlight it, and go up to Edit on the Toolbar
Copy Folder to Documents or wherever you wish.
