Help:How to enhance resolution?

Hi, im capturing videos from online games using software (fraps). But whenever i upload it in sites such as youtube, the video becomes somewhat blurred. Is there a way that i can enhance the resolution using binkvideo? or can you give me any ideas how to enhance them? thank you very much for those who will reply.

all youtube videos are resized to 320x240, nothing you can do about it really, except use another service
