    Video and audio Stutters/hiccups

    Hello again

When I play any video on my PC the video stops/freezes for a fraction of a second about every 20 seconds

It does not matter the source of the video: live tv (cable) through my vcr S-video, dvd, video file - or the player - windows media, power dvd, ati

I have an ati all in wonder 2006 AGP with the latest software and drivers
2Ghz AMD processor with 1 Gig 3200 RAM

I have tried different display settings and refresh rates no change
went into ati multimedia center and turned off anti aliasing and other settings one at a time no difference

As any video source, player, dvd, tape, tv input does this it would appear to be the ati software or settings I would think but I don't know what else to do

Any suggestions, directions to threads or guides would me greatly appreciated - thanks for the help.
