Copying twice

I want to know how I can make another copy of a dvd I already copied and heve retained the files that were saved in my folder. Do I have to go through the whole backup process or is there an easier way. Thank you for your time and consideration.

You can use ImgBurn in build mode or burn manually with Nero burning ROM.

You can also copy a copy with Nero Burning ROM.

Um..am I missing something here?? If the files are still in your folder, can't you pop another blank disc in and and make another back-up??
