VirtualDub rotate 13x bigger now

Hi I used VirtualDub to rotate a 20MB AVI using Full Processing Mode, but when I saved the new file was 270MB. How can I rotate without adding all that?

Pick a codec under Video-->Compression, (you'll probably want Xvid or Divx) and set the bitrate/quality settings.
