a newbie looking

i find censor, changing a lot of different stuff i know little about, and downloading more programs. i have a dvd that i feel is ready in DVD shrink, for it shows all i know to be there, but there is 3,307,437 sectors, with 6,459 MB on the ripped dvd, and my disc is only 2,295,104 sectors, with 4,482 MB's. is there a recommended way of deleting, or cutting this size instead of trying to put on 2 disc? just a little help is what i need. there are so many, many different things out there to do, and can be done, and so many programs to work with, does anyone ever go one on one to get started with these things? thanks, Jimmy
