Having trouble burning avi on a video cd

I'm trying to burn an .avi file using Nero 7.5.9. I go into Video CD or Super Video CD, and when i try to add my movie, it gives me an error message.



anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Also I have K-lite codec pack or whatever, I don't know if this has any relevance but i thought i should mention it.
