cannot burn

after using dvd decrytpter and then going through all steps in dvd shrink ,when source disc is ejected and I put in blank disc (i have tried 3 different brands) i get message as follows
sorry the compilation cannot be written on this kind of disc. please insert a disc of the correct type or modify the settings of your compilation to make them compatable with the current disc.
can you please help me
