Error Message

I hope i am putting this in the right section.

I am trying to download a video i recorded on dvd to my computer, and it starts to Analyze it , and it gets to about 93% then i get the error message "data error(cyclic redundancy check).

Is this something on my part? Or is it something with the program. I have read some of the documentation on dvd shrink, but i cant find anything.

we don't support dvdshrink anymore, however your problem isn't a rule violation

it's just you are trying to read a bad burn

try to use better disks next time, burn slower and make sure your burner is using the latest firmware
