I'm a complete newbie and I'm looking for information on why my freeware burning program would think that a brand new DVD-R had an available space of 1.44MB. I'm using a new HP 7700 computer with Vista business OS. It has a single combo CD/DVD reader/writer. The burning software is CDburner XP.
I don't know if this is the right place to be posting so guidance on that would be helpful.
