I have been unable to create a DVD in Encore CS3 since I purchased it and Adobe has thus far been unable to help. I have tried several projects in Premiere Pro, exported both MS AVI and uncompressed AVI and imported into Encore. Most of the projects have motion menus or animated buttons (although I have also tried without). The project transcodes the files and then I get an internal software error. I have spent hours on the phone with Adobe support to no avail. they have said they are unable to recreate the problem I am having and the forum responses from Adobe seem more confrontational then helpful as they keep pushing back on users because they are unable to recreate the problem. I see on their forums other people that have had similar issues and have not found a solution that works for me. Adobe is trying to offer work-arounds rather than a solution such as disabling features and using 3rd party solutions. I'm frustrated that a very important piece of the Adobe bundle is useless to me so far. Anybody have a similar issue and if so have you found a solution?
