I just bought an MP4 and it comes with this Video Converter that is supposed to convert video files and then transfer them to the MP4.
Problem is even tough I clicked ENGLISH it installed in CHINESE. I don't speak chinese. I can't figure out what button does what. So i clicked at random until it converted an AVI into a SMV. I can't make it trasfer it to the MP4 because the "destination" button (The manual has an screenshot of the media player in english) is greyed out, it will only take the file to the OUTPUT folder in the philips folder.
I know this sounds dumb but it's extremely frustrating. no matter in what lenguage i re intall the program it's always in chinese.
