Tv Video Off Center

I have my pc connected to my tv.using s video and a radeon9550agp card. so i can watch tv shows / movies from this site..my problem is that some of the video is off center on the tv witch is 6yr old.On the monitor it is in the center and looks good,also some times when i go to full screen on the player video starts flipping or rolling over.Thanks
