Hi, I'm new to this whole editing thing. I used Windows Movie Maker to make a small movie using pics, and I fell in love with it. I have a Kodak camera that uses Quicktime .mov format, but Windows Movie Maker doesn't accept that format. I need to know how to convert to mpeg or .avi or w/e. Like I said, I'm new to this whole using the computer to make movies. I just want to cut and edit video clips to make one video for youtube/myspace. Thanks!

probably obvious that I don't know what I'm doing. I have a Sony Vaio with a Premiere Pro 1.5. I shoot and burn to DVD church services. I would like to edit them, but the Sony won't let me load them. I got a program which got them on the computer but the Adobe Premiere Pro sez they're the wrong file format not supported. I'm sure someone knows how to make it work.Last edited by Chewy; 11 Apr 2008, 08:26 PM.Comment
