Need download advice 4 my vid!!!

I'm a newbie...and all that that implies. I'm in dire need of advice while I try to convert .avi files into Mpeg4 for the purpose of pay-per-download.

Its guitar instruction, I released the thing in DVD and its going great, but I need a downloadable version to sell overseas to people in PAL land.

Its 2 hrs long!

I have cheap pinnacle software to convert to mp4, but also have access to Sorenson squeeze if i go accross town. Does it make a difference?

Any advice on how/where to to post the MP4 files themselves?

Not sure what super is, I looked at the site, so thanks...I think...Does Super interact somehow w/Sorenson or pinnacle, thus solving some issue unknown to me??
