IFOEdit and TMPGEnc Problems

I have a problem with using IFOEdit and TMPGEnc.

Stripping the original movie using IFOEdit works great - no problems.

However, transcoding seems to produce problems. I have used TNPGEnc to create an M2V file, and remuxing this in IFOEdit creates synch problems - especially when you try to navigate anywhere in the movie.

Tried ReMPEG - more stable movie but still synch problems when the movie is remuxed. Any ideas on how to solve this without re-authoring the lot? I would like to try and keep the audio and subtitle streams I have stripped.

that is EXACTLY what happened to me......did you ever fix it or figure it out........if so can you tell me?
