Help..Full disc..won't backup......

Hi,

Can anyone help me out please???
I have been burning fine and now the "full disc" on the top is shaded and it seems that I can encode the disc and then it won't open the tray to backup.
Can someone tell me why the disc is full and what do I do about this?? Do I have to reduce or delete this full disc?
I am new to all of this.. So any info I appreciate..

I use the strink 3.2 to encode and burn my disc.. Are you familar with this?
