techreactor wrote an excellent post on deleting extras with vobBlanker but did'nt go into detail on how to delete/keep/edit individual cells.
I want to keep certain cells in the extras , is there a simple guide to show me how to do it?

First click process on the relevant VTS(s). Then just double click on the title concerned and blank the cells that you don't want to keep. You can preview them to decide which is which. Finally, click Process at the bottom.
