Hello all,
I've been shooting video depositions for several years.
Recently, clients have begun to ask for the videos in mpeg1 format to be played on computer.
The videos are shot with mini dv. I used Ulead Video Studio 11.0 to capture the video to my computer.
My current project is two depositions for a total of approximately ten hours in one file that I believe I have converted to mpeg1 using TMPGEnc 4.0. Last time I checked it was around 17gb. Using Tmpg DVD Auth I am trying to split the file into dvd size segments.
The main problem has been burning mpeg1 to DVD without losing the mpeg1 format. The programs keep converting the format during the burning process.
Any additonal tips that could be provided to simplifiy the editing/burning process in Ulead Video Studio 11.0, TmpgEnc or Tmpg DVD Auth for breaking up the video into manageable sizes in mpeg1 would be greatly appreciated, as well.
(I'm stressing because this needed to get out yesterday.)
