I am pretty new to this. I have used dvd decrypter and dvd shrink on a Dell running Winxp. Its works good. I have a new Acer with Vista (ugg) that I tried it on without success. The decrypter seems to work good but when I ask it to open a file in dvd shrink I get the following message. Dvd Shrink encountered an error and can't continue. Failed to open file (file name) . The system cannot find the file specified. The correct file does exist in exolorer.I don't have Nero or other burners on this pc. Do I need to? Thanks for your help
