Need Help with dvd shrink

I am new this software, I am trying to make image of one of the dvd but I am keep getting error message its somethink like this

dvd Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Faile to read file E:\
Data error (cyclic Redundancy check)

Pleae tell me whats going on and how can i fix it

I just read the rules so please disregard my post thanks
