Newbie: Film Wannabe

Hi Everyone!

My work is in a completely different field, but I am a big film and video fan.

I am now in the process of exploring the possibility of upgrading my hobby from an item of expense to that of income.

I just take pictures and videos for my personal archive. Editing and putting them together is an entirely new learning for me. My level is kindergarten. So I hope you will be kind enough to answer my little questions.
