need help with Nero problem

Hello to everyone, could someone help me with this problem:

Every time I try to copy a DVD with Nero Ultra Edition 7 I get a 'Nero Internal Error' message. It says 'drwtsn32.exe: Application error'.

I have unistalled and reloaded Nero a few times but always same error.
This started happening when I had a power failure in the middle of a copy a few months ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

More information is needed like whe OS is being used and how much memory do you have. Also post the nero log.
