Well first, Burn process failed at 16x (22,160 KB/s), you need to slow down the burn speed to no more then 8x. Secondly you need to use a better media like verbatim or TY. Do a search on the golden rules of burning on this forum. Lastly with a power calibration error could be the drive or it is possible that your power supply could be at fault also/
